Wi-Fi is widely available at hotels, cafés, restaurants. You can purchase a tourist SIM card at Phu Quoc Airport. Popular mobile network providers include Viettel, Vinaphone.
Attire: Light, breathable clothing for daytime; a light jacket for the evening; sandals for beach team-building activities.
Bring personal and basic medications if needed, such as those for headaches, motion sickness, stomachaches, or indigestion (e.g., Panadol, Smecta, Tiffy).
Bring sunscreen, a hat, a scarf, sunglasses, lightweight raincoat or a compact umbrella for outdoor activities.
Bring swimwear if you plan to use the hotel pool or participate in water sports at the beach.
Prepare a waterproof bag to protect your phone when swimming or joining sea activities.
Check the landing page regularly for the itinerary; contact the organizers if needed. Do not leave the group without notice.
Be present at the designated meeting point on time, according to the schedule or the tour guide’s instructions.
Travel Documents & Immigration Notes
  • 👉 Recommendation: Please check entry requirements based on your nationality and ensure your passport has at least 6 months’ validity, along with a return ticket.
  • Phu Quoc offers a visa exemption of up to 30 days for foreign visitors, provided they travel directly to the island. If entering via Ho Chi Minh City or Hanoi, a valid Vietnam visa is required.

Please bring a valid National ID Card (ID/CCCD) or a passport with at least 6 months’ validity for check-in procedures and identity verification at the airport if required.
Currency & Payment
  • The official currency is the Vietnamese Dong (VND), which is the only legal means of payment. Foreign currencies (USD, EUR, etc.) are not commonly accepted for everyday transactions.
  • It is recommended to carry cash, especially when visiting night markets, local eateries, or using small taxi services, as these typically operate on a cash basis.
  • In central areas such as Duong Dong, ATMs are widely available for withdrawing VND.
